wind, rain, fog, mud, PUFFINS!!!

 Yesterday (3rd July), we took this boat to Skomer Island. It was a short trip which was lucky because the weather wasn't too fabulous, to say the least.

At the island there were.............................................. .................................................PUFFINS!

They are about three times smaller than I thought they would be but they are so so so funny.

Can I burrow a feeling? (One for the Simpson's fans)

 and also roost on cliff-tops...
Their chicks are called PUFFLINGS! Unfortunately, we did not see any of those.
